Holiday Faire

Rules & Information

Set Up/Faire Hours:

Friday:            Set up 3-5; open 5-9 pm

Saturday: 10-7 pm

Sunday 10-5 pm; Take down Sun 5-7

 

Booth Fee: (Weekend)                     Donation requested for sales above:

6’ x 6’ = $100                                     $300 or over (5%)

10 x 10 = $180                                  $800 or over (5%)

Other sizes may be available, please ask

We also require the donation of an item for our raffle ($15+ value)

 

Types of Vendors/Criteria:

  1. Emphasis on handmade goods; Holiday Faire prefers no imported items, but is not a requirement this year.
  2. Handmade will be given priority over bought & embellished products.
  3. All vendors subject to approval by the Faire Committee.
  4. Only the approved products will be permitted. Attempting to sell unauthorized products may result in immediate dismissal & the forfeiture of booth fee (at the discretion of MDHSAA Faire Committee).
  5. All attempts to avoid duplications will be made.
  6. No outside Food/Drinks permitted (Discount coupons for food/drinks provided to all vendors)
  7. The exhibitor agrees to occupy the contracted exhibit space during the full term of the show and to exhibit only the juried products described in this contract.
  8. Unprofessional conduct during the Faire noted by the staff will be grounds for immediate dismissal and you will be asked to vacate the show without refund of booth fees.
  9. Exhibitors agree that no display will be dismantled or goods removed during the show & will remain intact until the end of the final closing hour. It is also agreed that exhibitor will remove its display by the final move-out time.

 

School Regulations:

    1. No food/drinks permitted in buildings.  Allowed only in designated marked areas.
    2. No Smoking or alcohol on campus.
    3. No Pets permitted (except registered service animals).

 

Activities:

1.      MDHS students to perform live, holiday atmospheric music (donations appreciated)

2.      Children’s Activities: Fishing for prizes, coloring contest, raffle

3.      Adult’s Activities: Raffle & Silent Auction

4.      and More!

 

FREE ADMISSION! Donations at the door appreciated

PLENTY of FREE parking, too!

Instructions will be mailed to you, which will include a map & directions,

parking & unloading info, and the details about your booth requirements.
