Red Devil Classic
Golf Tournament
was held June 29, 2001.
From the Red Devil Alumni Golf Classic pamphlet:
"In 1996 a group of Mt. Diablo Alumni and Coaches determined that the high school athletics program needed financial assistance.
Together they decided a golf tournament would be a great event to raise funds and for alumni, teachers, coaches and friends to renew old friendships, plus meet new people with a shared history at Mt. Diablo High School.
Today's student-athlete at Mt. Diablo needs our help and our shared history - this golf tournament is a small way to meet those needs."
The Red Devil Classic Committee has given thousands of dollars to the Mt. Diablo High athletics program for the benefit of the teams, and for the whole school!
